An opportunity to study a unique approach to visceral work in Boston.
This class open to anyone with any background in cranio-sacral.
This class will be an introduction to Peter Wurhl's approach.
Peter Wurhl has practiced holistic osteopathic therapy for over 20 years and has been teaching Visceral Osteopathy for over 10 years. Peter co-published a scientifically sound and perception based text book on the diagnosis and treatment of inner organs (Visceral Osteopathy: The Peritoneal Organs, Eastland Press, Seattle 2010) and runs the training program “Working with the Inner Body” with classes in Europe and North America. His approach focuses on organ stability, the specific form and character of organs as well as their function in the development of uprightness (see Video about his teaching: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6_kxRL_74Fg).
Peter was co-editor of the German Journal of Osteopathy/DO and a driving force in the development of the curriculum for the first university based osteopathic education in Germany.
